Locked File Detected trying to Install Client

If your receive the following Locked File error message while trying to install the Client, an Internet Explorer is probably trying to run the client.

1.      Minimize the Install Shield Window.

2.      Close all Internet Explorer windows.

3.      Open the Install Shield Window

4.      Select Retry.
