# Broadwin Hotel & Residents

> he Broadwin is a historically significant former hotel and apartments constructed in 1924, located in Columbus near east. Originally designed to serve the city’s growing downtown population during the early 20th century, the building represents an important period of urban development and hospitality architecture in Columbus. The proposed project will adaptively reuse the historic structure, preserving its architectural integrity while reinvigorating a long-underutilized asset.
